Hello there,
I wanted to spread the word about upcoming Gluten-Free cooking classes at
PCC Natural Markets.
Gluten-Free Italian Cooking, taught by Tiffany Pollard
Tiffany's love of Italian food, merged with a gluten-free diet, inspired her
to create these delicious recipes after her trip to Italy. You'll try
Lasagna with Chicken Sausage and Marinara Sauce or Fresh Pesto; Pizza on a thin
crust, topped with Pumpkin Seed Pesto, Goat Cheese and Shiitakes; individual
Calzones; and Tuscan Root Vegetable Stew. Tiffany will explain how the recipes
can be made vegetarian with dairy and meat alternatives, and answer questions
about the gluten-free life. With poultry and dairy; no eggs.
