While I'm not going to argue with those with DH who say gluten on the skin
somehow affects them, I had DH for more than 20 years and gluten on my skin
causes me no problems whatsoever. I do avoid it as much as possible to cut down
on accidental ingestion, but it causes me no rashes, blisters or anything else.
