I think this question might have been previously addressed, but in light of
the increased sensitivity to gluten emails, my husband promised he would go
gluten-free with me if I found a bread that tastes exactly as regular white
bread does. Since I'm on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (and have been for
over a year), I cannot try out the many gluten-free breads to see which
tastes like regular white bread. Needless to say, I deleted any emails that
discussed it because I'm on the SCD.
Can anyone give me recommendations and re-address the bread issue? I am
really eager to reduce my risk of cross-contamination.
