Dr.Defayette will talk about foods that are genetically required, foods thatcreate toxicity and deficiency, and how to make changes gradually for a healthylifestyle. Dr. Defayette is a Chiropractor at Adirondack Advanced Chiropractic.He grew up in Plattsburgh, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the New YorkChiropractic College in 1997.
Refreshmentswill be provided by KD’s Fish Fry.  Also,please feel free to bring a favorite dessert or snack to share.
