Good idea! I just posted my comment with an additional question about
coconut oil in the Comments section on the book's web site. It says my
comment is awaiting moderation so maybe they'll respond at some point. I suspect
nobody really knows whether high monosaturated vlc versus high saturated
vlc is best once one reaches goal weight. This is confusing for those at
goal weight who must keep dietary fat sufficiently high since they are not
running off of excess stored body fat anymore as they were during the
weightloss phase.
