When I occasionally fall off the wagon I immediately go back to very high
fat and low carb. That way of eating quells my cravings the best. Paula H.

What I struggle with is: " some weakness and degradation in athletic
ability" Trying to get back to lower carbs and did trenches for a
sprinkler system and build retaining walls is what I am up against.
Do I need to stay in Phase One until I have completed the heavy lifting?
