I was 220 @ 5'9" and eating any and all crap. I have lost about 12
lbs. I want to get down to 175. I have been by the book now for about
4 weeks. Just needing to know if I'm keeping to less than 50g will
that work. Most of the carbs are from morning coffee and furits
throughout the day. I have been doing crossfit every third day.
New to paleo and looking for help. Thanks
