I donn't know, I read the home page, and it seemed clear that it was 
Internet only, and that you had to pay to use it.  Words like  Virtual seem 
clear to me.  I guess I missed the fraud, since well, since maybe I can 
read?  And don't bash the Canadians, they created Mulson Ale, understand and 
appreciate hocky, allow some of us Americans to actually be able to afford 
our perscriptions.  Besides they offer all of their former citizens and 
their children the ability to hold duel citizenship.
