Hi Robert,
I found it very reliable.  I had it for several years before housekeeping 
was broken up.  My mother had over 500 CD;s and several cabinets and a bunch 
of boxes to hold them.  It wasn't overly accessible but as long as you 
weren't too particular in what you listened to it was fine.A note, if you 
get a CD changer of at least 200, make sure you have space for it.  I put 
the one we had on a dining room server and had the front of it off the end 
of the server.  I don't recall the depth but, it seemed to be square.  Good
