In the discussion of satellite tracking software a few days back on this list someone posted the name of a windows package that may be accessible.  Can that person please re-post the information.  

As I indicated in the discussion I have a dos box that I dedicate to tracking the birds but I want to upgrade to current technology for tracking as my kct card is down and eventually isa slotted machines will be hard to replace.  The kct takes the old isa large slot on the computers mother board.  

Any information would be appreciated.
