Tom,

It will be quite a while.  Probably spring  or even later.   The chairman of 
the club that runs it has said that he hopes to  have things done faster 
this year than in past years, but I won't hold my breath.

There will be updates from time to time on the PAQSO mailing list that I 
know you are on.
