Hi Jerry;
You don't want to mess with the insulation on the coax.  The only other 
wires should be radials which can be insolated or not.  Apparently there is 
much less of a rust and decay problem if they are insolated.  I'm glad that 
your project is moving faster than mine.  I tried explaining to my eager 
volunteers that burying wire here in the January frozen tundra might not 
happen but I was assured not to worry.
