Hi Pam and all, to my knoledge there isn't a hand held made with speech, the
closest thing is the Icom, IC-T90A wich will read out the frequency in CW.
There is no reason a hand held couldn't be made with speech, especially when
you consider how cheap you can pick up a talking watch these days, but I
won't go there!  GRIN!
