I have one end of my wires tied off to the railing on the back deck, and the 
other end to a post out front, all high enough to be over people's heads 
though the post end uses a lot more rope than I'd like. it will be nice when 
that 160 meter antenna goes up which I'm thinking about finally doing before 
winter really sets in.
