Junior,

If you want to have a button to make the speech speak, you'll have to
program one of the PF keys.  PF keys are programmed by menus 507-512, with
507 and 508 for the PF keys on the front of the radio, and 509-512 for the
PF keys on the microphone.  By default, the radio announces the frequency
when it is powered up.  If that's not happening, you need to access menu 3
and change it to "auto".
