Yes, it is the mb480 and I have one on mine back in Kansas.  It is a large 
flat plate with flanges on the side that the rig bolts to.  There is also 
a handle on one side.  In the front is a place to mount the control head 
so it is all in one package.  Very nice.  I forget the cost.
