Sautéed and then pureed onions are wonderful for this IMO. Paula H.

Subject: [P-F] sauce thickener?

I was wondering if there is a paleo-friendly sauce thickener? I'd like to
avoid flour and cornstarch, but I also miss having thick sauces that cling
to my meat and veggies. Does anyone have any suggestions for a
replacement?Thanks
so much,
Charlotte
