The best band, is the one that works.  Less attenuation from outside to 
inside, the higher in frequency, unfortunately now, the higher in frequency 
the higher the attenuation by the sun, at least as of now.  The lower in 
frequency, the longer the antenna.  Inside is usually shorter than outside. 
That's why it's inside.  Do the best you can, and learn from the results. 
That's where the fun is.
