Hi.

The MCP-2000 is designed for the TS-2000.  From what I could tell about it,
it doesn't do real time control of the transceiver.  You have to read and
write information to have it work.  Ham Radio Deluxe controls a large number
of radios, and you have real time control of a lot of options, such as
frequency, mode, etc.  Ham Radio Deluxe gives me a little too much
information to my taste, so if I want to change some of what it controls,
I'll settle for using the radio itself.
