Hello,
My problem is now worse.  I can't get into openbook at all.  I get this message that comes up in print and all I can read is please and I am not sure of the next word.  When I tried to uninstall it  instead of uninstalling it tries to re install it over again.  I went to add remove programs so Now I am not sure what to do.  I think if I could remove it and start over again I could solve the problem.  but I am having a problem of getting it removed.  any suggestions would be appreciated.
