Hello to all,
I put the demo of windoweyes on my computer. using it I was able to install a version 8 of wrod perfect for windows that I had on another computer but when I had a new hard drive or bought a new computer I don't remember which, I didn't have it installed. well, I have been trying to install it for a good while. So I decided to try to install it with windoweyes and with a little work I now have it installed.
well, that is the good news. now I can't get my open book to scann. I have tryed both using it with windoweyes load and unloaded and it still doesn't work. I tried to reinstall open book and I got a message saying I couldn't install it in the sasame directry it is curently in. I tried to go to uninstall programs in the program pannel. I can't remember its correct name. but when I tried to uninstall it it kept trying to reinstall it again.
any suggestions. When I try to scann I get a message saying scanning failed. I have tried the printer and it will print documents just fine. any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance,
Bill Deatherage
