I need to be able to describe exactly what happens at the immune system level in a gluten reaction, and unfortunately my books are packed away at the moment. Can anyone point me to an online article describing the various reactions at the level of white cells, t-cells, etc? I know I've read article like that, but I'm not having any luck finding one tonight.
