I just found out my 17 year old son has been eating wheat-breaded Chinese
sesame chicken for the last year 2-3 times a week. He was diagnosed celiac
at 16 months old and as a child would throw up numerous times and be sick
for 2 days with a bite of wheat. He has been gluten free his entire life
until this last year when teenage rebellion has hit.

What am I to think? Please respond ASAP.
