This caught my eye. Coconut water ... What a great idea. Thanks for the tip. I run, and up till now have taken one Nature Made Potassium tab at bedtime, 550 mg. I know that makes many of you shriek, but it does keep leg cramps away.

Try coconut water. I drink a can pre-workout when I am feeling drained and
