We live in the DC metro area. I'm not sure she can type. I think they've
taught her at school how to type her name, but not sure what else. She
speaks, but it's a bit difficult to understand if you aren't used to it,
though she speaks clearly when she wants or is relaxed and happy. One of us
at home can usually interpret for her if someone needs. She also mixes
English with Punjabi, since we speak that at home.
