There is a menu setting which lets you change the microphone function keys. Change it to "enter" and you can then use the mic to enter a frequency in VFO mode or jump to a memory channel.

Hi all,
This is neat little radio. This is what ham radios need to be for a VIP. I have a noticed a couple of things that I haven't found in the manual yet.
Noticed that VHF frequencies are on mode B and the UHF frequencies are on mode A. Is this normal or can I change them around? Note 2: Can I direct enter the memory channels by using the mic? That will be a start for now.
Thanks Gary KB2YAA
