I'm sorry, I misunderstood you before.
The velcro strips I am speaking of have no hooks or loops in the literal
sense of those terms.
They simply consist of one strip, with a little slit in one end, where the
rounded part on the other end of the strip slips through to make a secure
fit.
My other alternative is the roll, which consists of one long velcro strip
which you simply cut to size as needed.
Sorry for the confusion.
