Phil,

You can try places like: Amidon, Fer-rite, or Palomar Engineers.  Sorry I 
don't have url's.  These may be the best choices if looking for a particular 
mix.

I have gotten a bunch from:

Lot's of various size snap-on's and often some donuts in various sizes. 
Prices are good and I picked up a load last year after getting the amp. 
Pretty much choked every wire and cable in the shack and no  problems.
