Hi, John:

I can work with you off group, meanwhile, there is a VRS user's group on 
line devoted to The Stream.  You can use that group so you don't have to 
write OT in the subject.  Also, if you press and hold down the "1" key you 
will be able to read the on'board tutorial.  If you like, write me at
