Having been there, you will get back to 30 without much problem.
Try listening about .025 above the band edge and you should hear some good
CW ragchews.

Do you have any tips as a CW person for me to get my speed back up again?
When I took the Extra Class test I did the 20 words per minute with a slate
and stylus.
I could copy about thirty words per minute in my head.
Now since I haven't listened nor transmitted I'm probably down below fifteen
words per minute.
I plan to use CW because from an apartment setting I'll be able to put out a
signal with low power.
Any tips from a CW expert will be appreciated.
