can the tmv71a say my call wb6jtj? i want it to say it instead of me. how do you set the timer for ten minutes? please help me out. 

let's have a tmv71a net on n0vbe repeater so we can help people with this radio. how many people have tkhis radio? i think the radio can be used as a repeater. but i'm not sure. i'll have to read the manual. please reply to this email. thanks
