sat scape works ok with jaws, not sure about win eyes.
google it and see if they even still support the program.
At any rate, it will track what ever birds you want and you can set it up to
alert you when one is within range.
other then that,
www.amsat.org
does have a basic tracking tool to tell you when sats will be over your lat
and long coordinants and for how long.
satscape also has a built in roter control facility, though that's probably
not very useful to most of us.
