Has anyone had this radio repaired by Kenwood? This is the radio that
has the broken tip off a plug in the speaker jack. Clif in Texas wont do
handhelds and I had a local guy look at it. He could not get the broken tip
out and it may require sending to Kenwood. I would not be surprised if they
replace the whole circuit board to fix this and want to get an idea of what
it may cost.

The radio works but I cannot plug anything into it of course.
