it's not like new anyway because that isn't a standard feature on a new wire
harness, it was obviously added, so it isn't new.
so chop it off and have done with it...or waste a bunch of time trying to
figure out a work around or spend some money on expensive tools and anderson
polls to use the radio.
Personally, I would chop it off and not worry about resale values since
having a plug, or not having a plug at the end of the wires will not
adversely effect the resale or return value of the radio.
