Hi Hanni,

Thank you for the reply. I do exercise 5 to 6 days a week...not falling
trees, but the standard stuff like walking, weight training, Pilates, Yoga,
jumping rope, etc. and any work around the house like cleaning, hanging up
laundry and such.
