We keep a donwloaded copy for each chains allergen statement and highlight the items which are dairy free. This helps because some items ok at one are not ok at another.

  also... you can eat the roast beef sandwich at arby's if you ask for the
  onion bun..
  it has no dairy.. but the sesame seed bun has dairy.

  also noted at arby's..the regular fries are dairy free.. but the curly fries
  are not dairy free.
