I wrote to Icom America. They promised to supply me with a MS Word document
manual for the Icom 7000 and to email it to me. Not bad for a start. From
the PDF manual, I have learned a lot and I have learned a lot, thus far, by
trial and error. I also learned how to reset everything back to factory
settings, always a good thing to know at first, and tonight I am hooking up
the QSYer so life should become a lot easier then. It is, so far, nothing
short of amazing to an old tube operator like me.

Phil.
