Hi, all.

I have just created a single-column alphabetical list of Pennsylvania County 
abbreviations for the upcoming Pennsylvania QSO Party contest, if anyone is 
interested.

I made it from the basic list that Steve had sent me, since that one seemed 
to be the easiest to work with.
