Hi Missy,
    I'm very impressed with your list and your research.  I would suggest
at least a 19" LCD monitor and even a 21" if you have room for it.  I think
it would help a lot with your visual impairment.   I recently switched to a
19" screen and sure find it a lot easier to read.
