everything's backed up on dvd.  Those dvd's are then stored in a seal
container wich is dust and mostly particle free.  They'll last longer then I
will like that.
CDr's tend to break down because they're handled and exposed to dust and air
particles all the time...not to mention oil from hands and fingers working
it's way into the surface material of the disc and helping to separate the
matting from the plastic.
