Magnesium pills with calcium and vit d.
eat organic dried fruits such as prunes and dates along with nuts.
Make sure you drink plenty of water
I've got the same issues and the doctors have prescribed one
Tablespoon of powered polypropylene glycol 3351 (or is it 3350...I
forget) in a cup a water every day. I find I have to take it in the
middle of the night to avoid contact with food (nausea results) and
frankly, sometimes I take it every other day. But it seems to work. I
am seeing the specialist tomorrow as a follow up and I'll see what he
says (to continue or not).
Colloidal silver - follow the directions on the bottle. Use the 5
ppm - I believe it's 1 TBS 3 times per day.
Two things help me a lot. One is Vegi-Zymes, a supplement I get at a
homeopathic doctor's office. It is enzymes for people who do not
have enough natural enzymes. The other is Culturelle, which is a pro-
biotic.
I have found that magnesium 400mg X 2 a day is VERY helpful. Mine is
a mixture of magnesium oxide, citrate, and aspartate. It's from Now
and is free of a lot of allergens. I also mix chia seeds (order
online much cheaper than healthfood stores) with water or juice.
It's loaded with calcium, omega 3's, etc. With this I am going 1-3
times a day - healthy not loose. Without every other day or so.
I am very sensitive and very allergic. Uses Clear Fiber which is
acacia 3 TBSPNS a day and no cramps. Can get at Vitamin Shoppe.
The only thing I have experience with, and you may be allergic, is
getting white fish, like cod or flounder, ocean fish, four times per
week on a regular basis, at roughly the same time every week. This
will help with thyroid problems, which can cause constipation and
diarrhea, depending on which type of problem you develop. Iodine will
help to
even this out and it can be also found in salt, iodized salt, which
can be used in addition to the fish or in lieu of fish, but eating
the fish is much better for you.
Drink lots of water and eat fiber...lettuce, celery. Rice is binding.
So are bananas and apples. Mineral oil may be ok; check with a doctor
or pharmacist first.
glycolax not sure of all the ingredients though karo syrup or high
fiber foods?
