I went to Cafe Fiore in Ballard (Leary location) this past weekend and to my great joy they had two new gluten-free cakes (mini-loaves) available. One was a lemon poppy seed and the other was a carrot cake. These were unequivocally the best gluten-free cakes I have ever had (I had to try both). I commented to the manager that these were unbelievably good and he said they were the best gluten-free products that he has ever tasted. The sign in the case said "Sister Soules Gluten-Free Baking Company". Apparently Cafe Fiore has them delivered to all their locations. These are really worth a try!
