Thank you so very much to everyone that offered their feedback. This is a
summary of what I got:
9 reported having a reaction to the flour or products with it
9 reported not having a reaction
1 had no reaction but commented that it interfered with the absorption of
niacin, which seems to happen as well ,when one consumes corn flour
2 reported that because it is closely related to corn, and one has a sensitive
to corn, then a sensitivity to corn would occur. I am sensitive to corn , so it
might explain my personal reaction
Got one comment that I think was not correct, but because the individual was
kind enough to respond, I will add it. They said sorghum, durham and spelt all
were wheat derivatives. I know spelt and durham are , but do not think
sorghum is a derivative.
