Hi,
I have been lactose intolerant for several years now, to a very high
degree. I can't have any lactose product, by product, whatever. I just
found out about Casein tonight, which is how I found this site.
Anyways, from my own personal experience, I found that whenever I had Milk
+ byproducts, I often get a Migraine headache. I told a doctor about it
and he said that there is no relation but for a year I would have
migraines almost every day (at this point I was more mildly lactose
intolerant and would have milk with lactaid pills, and I also wasn't aware
of all the milk I was eating by accident), and since I cut out milk
completely from my diet(mostly), my migraines have dissapeared, only to
come back usually when I've accidentally had milk.
So to sum things up, I get Migraine headaches when I have milk + all
byproducts, and I was wondering if other people experience the same thing?
Of course I also get the typical lactose intolerant reaction as well...
Thanks, Mitch
