The 2006 National Capacity Building Institute is happening Thursday,
March 16, 2006 at the Sheraton Waikiki; it is a post event to the 2006
Pacific Rim Conference on March 13-15, 2006.

The focus of the Institute will be universal design for learning and the
improvement of access, retention, and completion of postsecondary
education by students with disabilities.
