Hi Richard,
Some people just pay to have tower put up professionally. I had someone fall off our tower when we first got into Amateur Radio. He had forgotten to attach his safety belt. Luckily his injuries weren't serious.
You can always have a professional put up your tower which is probably a good thing since they have some insurance in case something happens.
