Apparently we're not the only ones having trouble with mlb.  Try this link

Mlb link still doesn't work, but if you go to cubs.com and look for a link 
that says
listen live on wgn
it brings silverlight and it does seem to work.  BTW, you'll need to close 
the cubs.com window as it plays some promotional audio thing.

Nice to have pat and ron back.
