Am glad the outlet was checked.  That sure is strange.

I did ask what else she was touching, but she couldn't recall.  I also asked
if she had wet hands, which she didn't.

One of the maintenance people tested the outlet and said that it was normal.
I have the radio packed up to take back over to her place as I can't see
anything wrong with it.
