Another setting is "voice" and "vgs" - Voice speaks the frequency as you might expect. VGS gives you access to the voice recorder.

The PF key assignments are in menus 507-512, with 507 and 508 controlling the PF keys on the front of the radio and 509-512 controlling the ones on the microphone.
