well, a big portion of it will belong to the chinese, mostly government 
bonds and certificates, the rest of the properties IE ports, shipping, 
transportation, important buildings and sites, will belong to the royal 
family of Saudi Arabia.
not such a bad thing as long as the US government doesn't go bankrupt.
And if it does, then I think the least of our worries will be who owns what 
and who controls the money over seas...there'll be much bigger problems to 
deal with.
